For customize printed/engraved products our working model is ‘POD’ Print On Demand, every product specifically gets printed and ready as per individual order so we only give replacement/refund (in-store) in case of a damaged product or a wrong product/design being delivered. Replacement won’t be executed other than these reasons.

We will arrange the reverse pick up or exchange pickup from our 3rd party delivery companies.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Print On Demand (POD) items can not be cancelled or changed once the order is confirmed, verified and processed, additional charges will be beared by the customer in case of any changes that are necessary to be done.
