For customize printed/engraved products our working model is ‘POD’ Print On Demand, every product specifically gets printed and ready as per individual order so we only give replacement/refund (in-store) in case of a damaged product or a wrong product/design being delivered. Replacement wont be executed other than these reasons.

Don’t need to worry, Contact us immediately with your ordered item details and received wrong item pictures, after successful verification, we will send you exchange item or will arrange delivery for your ordered item.

Print On Demand (POD) items can not be cancelled or change once the order is confirmed, verified and processed, additional charges will be beared by customer in case of any changes that are neccessary to be done.

Yes you can, we inform customers after marking their enquries regarding specific item if its out of stock item so that once item is in stock we can process and ship to the customer
